In alle sectoren is er een groeiende drang om afval te verminderen en bewustere consumptie te bevorderen. Of het nu gaat om het in rekening brengen van plastic tasjes, het overstappen op kartonnen verpakkingen of het aanbieden van kortingen voor het meenemen van herbruikbare bekers. Deze kleine veranderingen maken een groot verschil. Maar in de wereld van textiel gaat de vooruitgang langzamer. Wereldwijd wordt slechts ongeveer 1% textiel gerecycled tot nieuw textiel. De rest belandt vaak op stortplaatsen of wordt gedowncycled tot materialen van lagere kwaliteit.<\/p>\n

In cleanroomomgevingen is hergebruik van doekjes geen optie. Vanwege strenge normen voor kwaliteit en verontreinigingscontrole moeten doekjes worden geproduceerd in\u00a0gecontroleerde omgevingen<\/strong>\u00a0en slechts \u00e9\u00e9n keer gebruikt.<\/p>\n

Met Texwipe<\/a>We richten ons op het verminderen van afval waar mogelijk, te beginnen met de verpakking. Hoewel we een standaard aantal doekjes per zak aanbieden, passen we de verpakking ook aan op basis van de werkelijke gebruikspatronen van onze klanten. Als klanten grote volumes gebruiken, bieden we grotere verpakkingen om de hoeveelheid verpakkingsafval te verminderen en de verwerkingstijd te minimaliseren. Laag volume of intermitterend gebruik? Wij bieden kleinere verpakkingen om de hoeveelheid open product in de cleanroom te minimaliseren. Dit verkleint het risico op besmetting en voorkomt onnodig afval, aangezien ongebruikte doekjes vaak na een dienst worden weggegooid. Het is een kleine aanpassing met een grote impact. Minder verpakkingsafval, effici\u00ebntere werkzaamheden en een schonere omgeving.
